Not that ANYONE cares, but here is my personal, unvarnished, untainted by corporate greed opinion:
Best Female Performer: Kagney Linn Karter
And not just because I interviewed her! PROMISE! KLK has worked her little tushie off this last year, fucking ass and taking covers like a true pro! And her performances continue to be fresh and fun.
Runners up: Teagan Presley, Kayden Kross, Tori Black
Best Male Performer: James Deen
Not only has the Deener been a real workhorse with all of his parody work this last few years, he's done it with class, style, and . . . actual acting. He should take this based on his role as Robin in Batman XXX A Parody, alone.
Runners up: Randy Spears (A-Team, Batman XXX), Evan Stone (Star Trek parody, A-Team)
Best MILF Performer: Lisa Ann
Was there ever any doubt? I love my MILFs, and love everyone on the list, but only one of them goes above and beyond, and Lisa Ann (Who's Nailin' Paylin) is phenomenal. And it's not just because I interviewed her once and got her to make me rice crispy treats. Honest.
Best New Starlet: Gracie Glam
I have to admit, I haven't seen everyone's work who is nominated, but what I've seen of Gracie's is lovely, and bodes well for her future. I'm not going to list runners-up, though, because that wouldn't be fair.
Best Production Company: New Sensations
This was even tougher -- how do you rate a whole porn company, when you like some of what they do and don't like other stuff? It very easily could have gone to my runners-up, Wicked and Adam & Eve. New Sensations edged the other two out, though, because of the wonderful stream of parodies they've churned out this last year. (Note: the fact they did them is wonderful, I don't necessarily think that every video they produce is wonderful). Wicked and A&E had some serious contenders this year, though, and if either had made a big splash into the hot parody market (A&E was late to the game with A-Team, but Wicked hasn't even really tried) they could have taken it.
Best Director:Axel Braun
For the Batman parody, alone.
Runners Up: Jules Jordan, Brad Armstrong
Best Feature Production: 2040
That was hard, too, as there were some other serious contenders. I give it to 2040 though for a few reasons: it was ambitious, it was well-directed and performed, it had a cool sci-fi story with a plot and everything, and you got to see Randy Spears play his own grandson.
Runners Up: Pornstar Superheroes
Best Comedy/Parody: Batman XXX: A Porn Parody
Obvious choice. I've talked about it enough.
Runner Up: This Ain't Star Trek 2: The Butterfly Effect
Best Series: My Friend's Hot Mom (Naughty America)
Love this series. MILFs, cute set-ups . . . if they got the sound right and actually gave the male performers credit on the box, I'd love it that much more.
Runner up: Big Wet Asses
Best All Sex/Gonzo: A Girl, A Boy, and a Toy (Zero Tolerance)
Love the concept! Want more!
Runner up: Deviance
Best All Girl: Bree and Teagan (A&E)
This was a great pairing, and watching cutie Bree and adorable Teagan eating each other out, well, it's a Good Thing.
Runner Up: Intimate Touch ('cause it's classy)
Best Packaging: The 8th Day (A&E)
That's about the only thing I'd vote for this movie on, but the packaging was exquisite.
Runner Up: This Ain't Star Trek 2 XXX
